Heavy Duty Truck Assembler Technician

Marshfield, Wisconsin

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service IMT, Fassi, Palfinger, Prentice, PM cranes, and service trucks used across various industries.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure fleet reliability and functionality.
• Conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Prior experience in automotive or heavy equipment assembly, mechanics, or related field (1‑3 years preferred).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Lean Methodologies Preferred.
• Experience with all material handling equipment such as forklifts and reach lifts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs routinely; occasionally lift over 50 lbs.

• Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow work orders and determine needed repairs for cranes and trucks.
• Ability to disassemble cranes, track parts for reassembly, rebuild hydraulic cylinders, rebuild PTO, and run/test cranes.
• General knowledge of hydraulics and relays.
• Electrical knowledge preferred.
• Welding preferred.
