Would you like to help individuals with special needs, developmental disabilities or the aging population integrate better into society? That’s our goal  are seeking drivers who want to take consistent rides and build trusting relationships. Make a difference!

This works similarly to driving Uber, but some riders are scheduled on a daily or weekly basis. Partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.

• Provide transportation services using your own vehicle on a project-based schedule.
• Accept scheduled rides and coordinate with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.
• Maintain safe, respectful, and reliable transportation; build trusting relationships with riders and their families.
• Adhere to Carepool policies and local regulations; ensure vehicles meet safety standards.

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minor tickets allowed every 2–5 years).
• Must be at least 21 years old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
• Healthcare-specific experience and 1 year of professional driving is preferred.
