Warehouse Associate

Marshfield, Wisconsin

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST

Responsibilities
  • Receive Parts & Stock
    • Receive, examine, unpack, sort, check in, label and route incoming shipments
    • Reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shippers to rectify issues
    • Submit freight/product claims to vendors as needed
    • Binning stock orders in the proper location based on part number or vendor
    • Use computer to receive POs and print labels
    • Notify Parts Counter employees of arriving parts
    • Participate in inventory counts and perform tracking computer functions
    • Maintain records of incoming shipments
  • Assemble Orders & Stage Them for Delivery
    • Fill & assemble customer and shop orders, distributing items accordingly
    • Fulfill supply requests for shops
    • Bill customers for completed orders
  • Ship Parts
    • Schedule carriers to pick up outgoing LTL shipments
    • Package, weigh and send out small shipments via UPS, Fed Ex, and Spee Dee
    • Add freight charges to orders
    • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
    • Maintain records of outgoing shipments
    • Set up call tags for parts needed back from customers
  • Pick Up & Deliver Local Parts
    • Transport parts & materials from receiving or production areas to warehouses, internal departments, and local customers
    • Make pick‑ups and deliveries to suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company van
  • Maintain Warehouses, Department Vehicles, & Equipment
    • Maintain and organize warehouses for efficient part location
    • Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and inspect forklifts and other equipment for safety
    • Keep shipping & receiving vehicles clean and schedule routine maintenance
Qualifications
  • Experience using a Windows computer
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient, thorough, and exceptionally organized
  • Initiative and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently
  • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally more
