• Check in, organize, and stage materials required for production personnel.
• Check-in and inspect trucks and equipment arriving; move trucks on property and perform periodic test driving.
• Clean and detail new builds and company equipment; evaluate condition of facility interior and exterior.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance; communicate with Service or Production Manager about work requiring outside expert assistance.
• Maintain building cleanliness by performing minor cleaning duties not done by cleaning service; gather and empty trash.
• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.

• 1‑2 years working experience in heavy trucks and/or equipment operation.
• Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, and shuttle lift safely.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record;
  Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) not required but highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to climb heights, lift up to 60 lbs, and use ladders.
• Experience in warehouse operations a plus.
• Experience performing maintenance and repairs desired;
  Commercial Driver’s License (A or
  
  B) desired.
• Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer, and shuttle lift effectively and safely is required.
