Skyhawk Rentals, LLC seeks a full-time, detail-oriented and customer-friendly Account Specialist to oversee financial transactions, provide responsive support to tenants, and manage essential administrative duties. The Account Specialist I will ensure accurate handling of rental payments, maintain organized accounts, answer calls, and assist tenants with their needs around the property.
Key Responsibilities- Rental Payment Management:
Accurately record and process all rental payments, track accounts receivable, issue delinquent notices, and assist tenants with payment-related inquiries. - Account Oversight:
Maintain and manage all Skyhawk Rentals, LLC accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of financial data. - Phone and Communication Management:
Answer incoming calls professionally, address inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments as needed. - Tenant Support and Grounds Assistance:
Tend to tenant needs, respond to on-site requests, and assist with inquiries about property policies, maintenance needs, or general tenant issues on property grounds. The employee must oversee the upkeep of the office. - Administrative Assistance:
Prepare work order reports, assist with inspections, and support the property manager with additional financial or administrative tasks as needed. - Manage a daily task assignment list.
- Occasional inspections outside of office.
- All Other Duties, As Assigned.
- Previous experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or property management preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- The ability to adjust to a dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable working independently on-site, with a proactive approach to solving issues.
- Health, Dental and Vision insurance offered.
- Minimum 13 paid holiday days annually.
- Monthly fuel allowance once advance to Account Specialist II.
