Registered Nurse – Operating Room Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,318/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The OR RN plays a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures by providing perioperative care, maintaining sterile environments, and supporting surgeons and anesthesiologists throughout operations.

• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready.
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons during operations by anticipating needs and providing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and update surgical records.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Licensure: Current RN license in [State].
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) (preferred)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and OR equipment.
