American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years experience and CNMT certification for a day-shift hospital assignment focused on cardiac imaging and general NM studies.
Requirements- Active CNMT and BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Epic EMR experience within the last 18 months required and must be documented on candidate profile
- Must pass Epic competency exam on site with only one attempt allowed
- Proficient in cardiac imaging and general NM studies including bone scans, lung scans, myocardial studies, thyroid studies, and renal flow studies
- Experience with drawing venous blood, starting/maintaining IVs, and handling radioactive materials
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Travel experience highly preferred
- Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine department
- Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- No weekends, holidays, or call required
- Uses GE equipment and Epic EMR
- Performs cardiac imaging and general nuclear medicine studies
- Travelers are expected to float unless otherwise stated
- Candidates will be required to interview
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
- Candidates requiring fit testing must be clean-shaven
- No block scheduling or special schedule requests will be accommodated
- All RTO must be disclosed prior to consideration and additional RTO will not be approved afterward
