Ricker Thermline Incorporated is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing field operations team. In this role, you'll be part of a skilled crew specializing in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and the construction of cold storage facilities. - Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of cold storage facilities and insulated metal panels (IMPs).
- Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Support site supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
- Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
- Travel to job sites within the Bay Area and nationwide as needed.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Participate in site inspections and maintenance checks.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required—construction or labor experience is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety‑first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Projects based in the Bay Area with frequent travel nationwide. Travel expenses and per diem are covered by the company.
