Ricker Thermline Incorporated is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing field operations team. In this role, you'll be part of a skilled crew specializing in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and the construction of cold storage facilities. • Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of cold storage facilities and insulated metal panels (IMPs).
• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Support site supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Travel to job sites within the Bay Area and nationwide as needed.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Participate in site inspections and maintenance checks.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required—construction or labor experience is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety‑first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Full‑time, Monday – Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts, with overtime and weekend work as needed
• Morning, evening, and overnight shifts may be required depending on project needs

Projects based in the Bay Area with frequent travel nationwide. Travel expenses and per diem are covered by the company.
