California State Gov - [Dispatcher Coordinator / Telecommunicator] As a Sheriff's Dispatcher at the State of California, you'll:
Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency police, fire, emergency ambulance service calls;
Determine response, prioritize and dispatch units in accordance to established Sheriff policies and procedures;
Enter and retrieve information from teletype networks and computerized data systems;
Answer questions from the public.
