Muir Stations Smiles is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental and orthodontic practice. The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring excellent patient care by effectively communicating treatment plans, explaining financial options, and facilitating the scheduling process. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organization abilities, and a deep understanding of dental and orthodontic terminology and procedures.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with the dentists, orthodontists, back and front office staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 2 Saturdays per month

- Previous experience in a similar role within an orthodontic or dental office preferred
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software

- Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach

- Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings
- Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
- Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients
- Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements
- Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients
