Key Responsibilities Process semi-monthly, biweekly, or weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain payroll records, including wage adjustments, benefit deductions, and tax withholding.

Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Respond promptly to employee inquiries about payroll, deductions, or tax issues.

Assist with annual reporting requirements, including W-2 and 1099 processing.

Calculate and process bonuses, overtime, and commissions where applicable.

Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate onboarding of employee information.

Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, including applicable state or regional requirements.

Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors or agencies when necessary.
