Job Overview
Systems Software Analyst II – Contra Costa Health System Services Department. Full‑time position located primarily in the CCH Information Technology Unit in Concord, CA, with work out of CCHS facilities in Martinez or Concord.
Responsibilities- Managing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise e‑faxing systems.
- Managing the Imprivata single sign‑on and electronic prescription signing system.
- Managing enterprise printing systems.
- Managing Citrix Virtual App and Desktop systems.
- Managing the Epic Kuiper system.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing, or a closely related field.
Experience: Either one year as a Systems Software Analyst I in Contra Costa County, or (a) two years designing, implementing and maintaining operating systems software on multi‑user systems plus (b) two years programming experience on multi‑user systems. At least one year of systems software experience must include installation and maintenance of both operating systems and database software.
Substitution for education: Up to two years of higher‑level application programming or systems software experience may substitute for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis, but no substitution can replace the 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications- Current or former Epic Certified ECSA.
- Cisco Networking Associate (CCNA) certification.
