Pool Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a solution‑oriented and customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer, using proven methods, handling chemicals safely, following protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the team.

• Manage a swimming pool route and clean pools each week.
• Stock and adjust pool chemicals on the truck each week.
• Utilize the Pool Ops mobile platform on a smartphone.
• Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them to the office.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• High school degree and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) License preferred.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.
• Commitment to resort‑quality service and integrity.

This position offers the potential to earn an annual bonus based on gross revenue goals. A company truck will be provided and kept fully stocked with tools and chemicals. Paid vacation time will be granted after a qualifying period.

Compensation: $30,000‑$40,000
