Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $27.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all arbor ground labor tasks.

• Perform arbor ground labor tasks as instructed by Arbor Crew Lead
• Operate shredding and chipping equipment safely, including feeding brush and limbs into machines
• Operate arbor equipment such as loaders, stump chippers, chainsaws, pole pruners, and hand tools
• Collect debris, clear sites, and load debris into trucks
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

• At least six months of professional tree work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver license preferred
• Current CPR & First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Current aerial rescue certification or ability to obtain within 3 months

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, frequently exposed to loud noises and mechanical objects
