Level 1 Diesel Generator Technician

We need an experienced, independent, and motivated Diesel Generator Technician for our Martinez, CA facility with at least 2 years of relevant work history. Qualified candidates must have a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record, pass a pre‑employment background and drug screening, and be available to work overtime, as needed. Candidates for this position must live in the Bay Area.

• Complete CD & Power Training as needed for this position.
• Perform jobs as assigned by the Service Writer with minimal supervision.
• Fulfill paperwork requirements.
• Assist the supervisor with bidding jobs.
• Meet or exceed bid labor times 95% of the time.
• Lead by example in attitude, safety, productivity, and cleanliness.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Perform all aspects of repairs, services, and maintenance on various generators.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Be a “team player”.
