• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
• Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
• Neat appearance required since customer contact may be needed.
• Drivers’ vehicles are not regulated by section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations.
