Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, collaborating on care plans to promote optimal outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Act as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and supporting change efforts.
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications, engage in ongoing training, and pursue professional development.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professionalism and integrity.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and code of conduct, contributing to shared governance principles.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license, either multi-state (compact) or single-state.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (Basic Life Support) at hire, instructor preferred.
