Registered Nurse; RN; Acute Care Oncology; PRN

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a healthcare team, primarily during night shifts on a PRN basis.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating families on health issues.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Mentor peers and promote a positive work environment.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional ethics.

• Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing education.
