Registered Nurse; RN; Adult Emergency Department

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; develop and communicate care plans; prioritize patient flow; deliver safe, effective care; document assessments and interventions.
• Patient Advocacy:
  Listen to and address patient and family concerns; provide education; promote patient-centered care; ensure satisfaction.
• Performance Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process enhancements; support initiatives to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Professional Development:
  Maintain licensure and certifications; pursue ongoing training; participate in professional organizations; foster growth of colleagues through mentorship.
• Leadership & Compliance:
  Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; act with integrity; contribute to shared governance; adhere to policies and standards.

Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred); active RN license (single state or multi-state); certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS as required upon hire.
