WVUHS Medical Group seeks an OB/Gyn Laborist Physician. The successful candidate will practice primarily in Martinsburg, WV.

Responsibilities: Practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology as a Laborist.

Qualifications: MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligibility for state medical license, completion of an OB/Gyn Residency, and board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics/Gynecology. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

Our OB/Gyn providers offer a full spectrum of women's health services, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. Our hospital handles approximately 1,100 deliveries annually, with a mixed model of MDAs, CRNAs, and midwives with delivery privileges.

Berkeley Medical Center is a 195-bed non-profit hospital offering comprehensive services including radiology, wound care, NICU, ICU, oncology, neurosurgery, and a new expansion of outpatient and main ORs for robotics, orthopedics, and vascular health.

The WVU Health System includes over 20 hospitals and a 700-bed academic medical center in Morgantown, WV, serving as West Virginia's largest health system and private employer.

Our Eastern Panhandle location is conveniently close to Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, MD, offering a rural atmosphere with a lower cost of living and easy access to urban areas. The region is experiencing growth due to an influx of professionals and emerging high-tech industries.
