WVUHS Medical Group seeks an Orthopedic Trauma Physician. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in the primary location of Martinsburg, WV.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of orthopedic trauma. The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine providers of WVU Medicine offer a full range of services including diagnosis, treatment and surgery of the musculoskeletal system.

Qualifications: Applicants must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain state medical license. Candidates must have completed an ACGME accredited orthopedic surgery residency as well as an Orthopedic Trauma fellowship. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Facilities and Location Context: Berkeley Medical Center serves the community as a 195-bed non-profit acute care hospital with radiology services, a wound care center, NICU, ICU, oncology, neurosurgery, and a Cardiac Cath Lab. The region has expanded OR services and access to robotics and vascular health services. Our Eastern Panhandle location offers a rural atmosphere with easy access to Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD.
