West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division seeks a Pulmonology / Critical Care / Sleep Physician (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Berkeley and Jefferson County, WV.
Responsibilities- Practice in the areas of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
- Provide excellent patient care and actively participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility for state medical license and DEA.
- Completed internal medicine residency; completed pulmonary/critical care fellowship. Sleep fellowship preferred.
- Board certified or board eligible in pulmonary/critical care and sleep medicine; all qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Eastern Panhandle location is within about an hour from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD. A rural atmosphere and a lower cost of living with easy accessibility to major cities.
