Employment Period:
Immediate hire for full time work for the period from September 2026 - September 2031

• A minimum of two(2) years overseeing IT projects involving the use of Agile methodologies, processes, and procedures, including but not limited to Scrum and Kanban, and also including the use of Earned Value Management, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Information Technology Information Library (ITIL), and MSProject, as well as prior hands-on technical experience in a software development environment, and
• At least five (5) years of project management experience with IT systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical field or
• At least eight (8) years of project management experience with IT systems and no degree requirement

This candidate will be responsible for the management of deployments of complex information technology projects and to solve problems that may have various levels of functional integration and involve multiple business lines. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on IT Project Management experience, good understanding of the IT systems development lifecycle;

understanding of agile principles and methodologies including scrum and kanban and traditional project management methods; application security; data integration; and change management. The candidate should possess leadership, customer relationship and communication skills. This position will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of multiple IT projects and direct interaction with client project managers and leadership.

• Drive execution of IT projects from conception through requirements, costing, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from scope & planning, to vendor management, budget estimation, and security compliance
• Lead initiatives/projects using Agile methodologies in a Dev Ops framework
• Solid knowledge of Project/Program Management:
  Software Development lifecycle (SDLC) end to end; initiating, planning, requirements gathering, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing
• Excellent communication skills; effectively communicate with cross functional teams and multiple lines of business & stakeholders; anticipate
• Track and control outcomes to resolve issues, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Quarterly Program Management Review presentations to Leadership and various stakeholders
