Agglomerate Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in an organized and structured environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow established procedures.

• Cut and wind completed rolls using the appropriate equipment.
• Load raw materials into machine hoppers and supply materials to designated machine areas.
• Remove waste materials from extrusion machines and production areas.
• Safely transport finished rolls to the designated staging area and cover them with film when required.
• Keep machines, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform routine cleaning of machines and the surrounding environment within the extrusion department.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions or deficiencies and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow machine warning signs, operating instructions, and directions from the lead operator and supervisor.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all occupational health and safety procedures.
• Understand and follow emergency response and fire prevention procedures.
• Follow applicable ISO 9001, HACCP, and SQF standards, procedures, and instructions.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized at shift change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing and production environment.
• Work areas may be noisy and exposed to hot or cold temperatures.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Must follow safety procedures when working around production machinery and equipment.

2-2-3 schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

$23.00/hr base pay+$1.00/hr night shift differential for night shift
