Thermoforming Operator

We have a great opportunity for a Thermoforming Operator with a local manufacturing company.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Experience operating thermoforming machines is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety procedures.

• Set up and operate thermoforming machines according to production requirements.
• Produce plastic parts in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all machine operating instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing and production environment.
• Work areas may be noisy and exposed to hot or cold temperatures.
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Must follow safety procedures when working around production machinery and equipment.

2-2-3 schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

$23.00/hr base pay+$1.00/hr night shift differential for night shift
