This is skilled, hands-on production work using specialized spray equipment to apply gelcoat, polyester resin and catalyst to molds while controlling coverage, quality and consistency.
Starting pay is $25.00/hour, with a path to $27.00/hour as you qualify, demonstrate standard work and build sustained proficiency in the role.
