HIRING IMMEDIATELY. We’re hiring an HVAC Technician I to keep our convenience stores running smoothly, ensuring everything from Slurpee machines to refrigeration units operates at the highest level.

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in‑store equipment
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on systems ranging from cold beverages to lighting and security equipment
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance experience
• EPA 608 certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong problem‑solving skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently

Location:

Salary range: $68,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year.

If an hourly or salary range is included, it represents the range 7‑Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
