As a Driver
, you will be primarily responsible for transporting patients to and from treatment in a professional manner and maintaining a good driving record.

• Daily communication with Admissions Manager on transportation issues or concerns.
• Transport patients, paperwork, and patient belongings during admissions, dismissals, and transfers to and from facilities in 15-passenger vans.
• Transport clients to meetings, other facilities, and appointments as needed.
• Pick up new clients.
• Responsible for pick-up and delivery of interoffice mail at all locations.
• Maintain vehicles (oil changes, tire pressure, inspections, etc.).
• Complete transportation logs daily and maintenance logs as necessary.
• Verify/complete the Transport Payment Form (client approval/signature).

• Prior patient transport and customer service experience in a titled position as Driver.
• HS diploma/ GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education.
• Valid driver s license and in good standing.
