Responsibilities- Schedule appointments for psychological testing, doctor’s appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
- Maintain and update all medical records and documentation related to clients.
- Establish and maintain contact with community medical personnel.
- Manage medical charts for non‑prescribed and prescription medication.
- Assist Director of Nursing in purchasing medical supplies.
- Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
- Registered Nurse in the state seeking employment.
- Comfortable working independently with the population when needed.
- Compliance with MAT (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) program protocols.
- Required license: RN.
- Shift differential for nights and weekends.
- 18 days PTO (Paid Time Off).
