We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. This part‑time role is for a Respite Nursing Case, perfect for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and making a real difference in the lives of others.

• Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Clinical Case Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Support patients and families with education and care guidance.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment.

• Current LPN license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Previous experience in home health, long‑term care, or a clinical setting preferred (but not required).
