Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, replenish stock
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions
• Ensure cleanliness of the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), previous customer service experience (highly preferred), ability to lift 30-50 lbs, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
