Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical
- Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and work effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Provide nursing care to patients of all ages in a medical/surgical unit.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide necessary interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic health record.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical/surgical or telemetry setting preferred.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Handle with Care and NIH certifications preferred.
