Pest Control Service Technician (Will Train)

• Complete paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest‑control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule, and arrive at each customer promptly and safely.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs.
• Problem‑solve to deliver the most efficient and safe pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Complete all required service documentation using the hand‑held device.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Independent field worker who manages a route and interacts with customers.
• Qualified applicants considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different weather conditions.
