Position OverviewPrincipal Solutions Consultant is a seasoned leader accountable for driving the overall strategy and execution of business development initiatives. They oversee a team of solution architects and analysts, guiding them in identifying, shaping, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of competitive intelligence, business requirements, and solution options, coupled with extensive experience in driving successful engagements across diverse industries and technology services.
The Principal Solutions Consultant collaborates closely with executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion. They provide mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction to the solution architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. This position manages people and works with minimal direction, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
It involves up to 25 % travel.
- Main contact between WWT and customer from beginning to end of a project, ensuring the team meets the customer’s needs.
