Your Role:As an RN in our Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit, you will provide specialized cardiac-focused inpatient nursing care. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and recovery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
- Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or to be completed within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
