Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements
  • Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Utilize marketing strategies, including online listings and social media, to promote properties and expand client base
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
