Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of a well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

• The role is a 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k–$70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.

• Valid drivers license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually
• Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel
