Job Description
Bookkeeper
We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support daily accounting operations. In this role, you'll handle financial transactions, maintain records, process accounts payable, and assist with reporting and reconciliations. You’ll work closely with our Controller in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions and credit card activity
- Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships
- Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and support cross-departmental operations
Qualifications:
- Experience with Quick Books and solid bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Stripe, Square, or Shopify is a plus
