Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 per year

Role Overview: Ability to manage a client book and sign tax returns.

Summary: Manage end-to-end tax engagements, lead and develop staff, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure all tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with evolving tax regulations.

• Lead tax planning, preparation, and compliance engagements
• Manage a client book and serve as the primary client contact
• Review and sign individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of tax staff
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Stay current on tax law changes and provide proactive guidance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license required
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical tax skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a client book independently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
