Salary Range: $65,000 - $120,000

• Tax Associates / Staff Tax Accountants
• Senior Tax Associates / Senior Staff Accountants

As part of our team, you will help deliver outstanding service to a wide range of clients. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and/or reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
• Conducting tax research and advising clients on tax planning strategies
• Leading or supporting client engagements and coordinating with internal teams
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development
• Engaging in meaningful projects that make a difference

We’re looking for driven professionals with a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or EA certification (or working toward certification)
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Pro System fx, Quick Books, etc.) is a plus
• A commitment to continuous learning and innovation
