Responsibilities- Communicate verbally and in writing with professionalism and proficiency.
- Post payments received from the branches.
- Submit credit card deposit data to the NYO.
- Transmit remote deposits to BOA.
- Compile collection sheets for checks.
- Scan paid tickets to Docu Xplorer.
- Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up.
- Perform additional activities as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Previous experience in credit & collections, and billing systems.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational and reporting skills.
- Industry experience preferred (e.g., wholesale distribution).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to follow through on commitments.
- Exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks.
- Advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
