Senior Accountant – Aston Carter
The Senior Accountant will perform bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid accounting, and collaborate with FP&A on cash flow analysis. They will handle percentage‑of‑completion accounting for services, manage inter‑company services and transactions, support manufacturing and drop‑ship operations, oversee accounting for three entities, and prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities- Reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger, including net assets, payroll, and liabilities.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Prepare complex financial reports and analyze costs, revenues, and commitments.
- Predict future revenues and expenses based on financial data.
- ERP systems experience.
- Accounting and reconciliation.
- General ledger management.
- Month‑end closing processes.
- Team collaboration.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles.
- Ability to handle multiple systems including ERP, CRM, and Quick Books.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Analytical skills for financial forecasting.
- CPA credentials (preferred).
- Experience with job costing and project accounting.
- Familiarity with Net Suite ERP.
- Industry experience in manufacturing and facilities.
- Data center equipment build experience.
Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work 2–3 days a week in the office. This role offers growth opportunities.

Pay And BenefitsHourly pay range: $40.86 – $40.86/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
