Are you a proactive and detail‑driven Accountant ready to take the next step in your career? An established, employee‑owned manufacturing company based just outside Baltimore is looking for a skilled Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join their collaborative finance team.

In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally with departments like Sales, Engineering, and Production to improve cost accuracy, support financial reporting, and contribute to company‑wide performance tracking. • Prepare journal entries and monthly ledger reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to estimate costs for new projects and quotes
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision‑making
• Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Reconcile inventory (WIP, raw materials, finished goods) and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Participate in monthly close, annual audits, and budgeting
• Assist with payroll journal entries and train to take ownership of the bi‑weekly payroll process
• Support cycle counts and participate in physical inventory

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Epicor or another ERP system preferred
• Exposure to ADP Workforce Now is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• High personal integrity and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset
