Automotive Technician / General Service Technician
Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers is looking for Automotive Technicians and General Service Technicians to deliver exceptional 5 Star service with effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, and is hourly, based on the needs of the business.
Job Description- Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs.
- Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle.
- Assist in inventory management and general store duties.
- Complete services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures.
- Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws.
- Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
USD $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience. Additional incentives are available. Flat rate $28 - $38 per hour based on experience.
