Job Description
We are seeking an Auto Mechanic to service passenger vehicles, light trucks and SUVs, and fleet vehicles. This role focuses on general maintenance, diagnostics and repair, and performance automotive work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with paid holidays and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify mechanical issues.
- Complete preventive maintenance and oil changes.
- Repair and service brake systems.
- Perform engine repairs and transmission service.
- Order parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Service passenger vehicles, light trucks and SUVs, and fleet vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 year of experience in automotive repair.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive diagnostics experience.
- Experience with OBD-II scanning.
- Knowledge of brake systems, engine repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Parts identification skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective customer communication skills.
