About LMW Auto Repair

LMW Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician for its Eldersburg, Randallstown, and Owings Mills, MD locations. This Monday-Friday position has no weekends and offers hourly or flat-rate pay options with weekly pay. Approximately 60%-70% of the role focuses on diagnostics and advanced repairs, with dedicated Service Advisors handling parts ordering and supporting workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
• Complete engine and advanced mechanical repairs
• Repair steering, suspension, and brake systems
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Document diagnostic findings and verify completed repairs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Advanced automotive diagnostic and electrical skills
• Strong drivability troubleshooting ability
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
• Own professional technician tools
• Maryland State Inspection License preferred, not required
• Hourly or flat-rate pay options
