Express Lane Service Advisor Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring an Express Lane Service Advisor to join their team!
This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25-$30/hr and requires a full-time schedule of Monday – Friday. No experience necessary & paid training!
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Ensure customers have positive dealership experience Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
