Job Summary
The Supply Chain Admin will support and manage supply chain planning proces.
Job LocationThis is an onsite role that can sit out of any of the following sites - Bristol, PA, Easton, PA, Calverton, NY, White Marsh, MD, Milford, VA, Oxford, CT, Cannan, CT, Batavia, NY or Fredonia, PA.
Job Responsibilities- Support and Manage supply chain planning process
- Utilize data to create MRP settings for purchased items and setup M3 appropriately
- Documenting Supplier, Cost , Min Order Qty, Min/Max settings
- Considering storage space at each location
- Utilizes production capacity, taking into consideration the demand sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.
- Convert demand forecasts into constrained supply plans, using the SCP tool to model capacity, inventory, and sourcing limitations.
- Monitor material availability, supplier lead times, and replenishment constraints to ensure timely product flow to all facilities in the division.
- Collaborate closely with production schedulers, procurement, and facility managers to align planning across the supply chain.
- Set and manage inventory targets and stocking parameters, including safety stock and order quantities, in line with service level goals and business policies.
- Participate in the monthly Supply & Operations process to provide input on supply capabilities and to align with commercial priorities and operational constraints.
- Identify supply bottlenecks, disruptions, or gaps in execution and develop mitigation plan in conjunction with supplier and site managers.
- Support new product introductions by managing supply planning inputs and readiness.
- Monitors actual output versus targeted output to identify gaps and drive solutions, including production metrics concerning performance.
- Analyze supply planning KPIs such as plan adherence, inventory turns, and service levels, and drive improvement initiatives based on findings.
- Ensure data accuracy and planning parameters are regularly updated in both the SCP system and ERP (Infor M3).
- Contribute to standardizing planning processes across divisions and support knowledge sharing.
- Participate in group collaboration with demand planner
- High school diploma or equivalent/bachelor’s degree a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and eye for detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must be dependable
