$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Compensation/Notes:

• $40-$50/hr -- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Job Description: Our large construction company is currently hiring for a traveling Construction Superintendent to join their team. This individual will be supporting a 3 month project in Indian Head, Maryland related to a health center for a school. After this project ends, they have multiple projects local to Maryland so this candidate would be required to travel to these other project sites.

This individual should have 5+ years of experience working as a construction superintendent on commercial projects over 2 million dollars. This individual will be responsible for handling site walks, reading civil plans & blueprints, running safety meetings, tool box talks, and client meetings as well as working in Procore and Bluebeam. Experience in commercial construction is required and any experience with education buildings or modular buildings is highly preferred.

OSHA 30 is required. This is a full time onsite position and must be comfortable with traveling.
