Estimator​/Project Manager

An established construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to primarily estimate demolition projects while providing project management support. The role involves estimating interior, selective, and full-building demolition, as well as environmental remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, and site restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, cost budgets, and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct job-site visits.
• Assist with project coordination, change orders, and cost negotiations.
• Monitor project profitability and prepare financial and progress reports.
• Manage bid documentation and support government and commercial bidding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in construction estimating, particularly demolition projects.
• Significant hands-on field and job-site experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management, cost control, and bidding procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Building Connected or Heavy Bid is preferred.
• Asbestos abatement credentials or contractor licenses are a plus.
• Work Arrangement:
  Full-time, on-site position involving office work and regular job-site visits.
